农口国家工程技术研究中心是所有涉农国家工程技术研究中心的总称。本文在明确农口国家工程技术研究中心职能定位,梳理其发展现状的基础上,基于离散Hopfield神经网络方法,实现对农口国家工程技术研究中心综合实力的分级评价,并根据结果对评价指标提出了修正建议。

The National Engineering Research Center in Agriculture Field (NERCAF) is the general term for all agriculture-related National Engineering Technology Research Center. In this paper, NERCAF’s functional positioning and development status quo are analyzed. Based on the discrete Hopfield neural network, this paper has realized the NERCAF’s comprehensive strength grading evaluation and put forward the proposed amendment for the evaluation index.
