三种产权制度与企业技术创新激励

Study on Three Kind of Property Right System and Enterprise Innovation Incentive

摘要:

根据企业的性质将产权分为物质资本产权、知识产权和人力资本产权,构建了一个二重委托代理模型,对创新过程进行分解,并将及物质资本产权制度、知识产权制度和人力资本产权制度纳入其中,以分析不同产权制度激励企业进行技术创新的机制和效果。在此基础上,结合我国企业创新的成就与不足,探讨了我国三种产权制度的现状与争议,并提出相应观点。

Abstract:

Based on the characters of enterprise, this paper divides property right into Physical capital property rights, Intellectual property rights and Human capital property rights, establishing a model of duplicate entrustment of an agent. It resolves the process of creation and adds the systems of Physical capital property rights, Intellectual property rights and Human capital property rights to the process in order to analyze mechanisms different property right systems take advantage of and their effects during the period of encouraging enterprises to create. On this basis, this paper probes into the current situation and controversy of those three property right systems according to the achievements and deficiencies of creation of enterprises in our country and it puts forward some corresponding opinions.
