广东省重点实验室作为广东科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是高校进行科技创新的重要平台,也是展现广东科技创新实力的重要窗口,研究如何提升其科技创新能力,对于提升广东的核心竞争力,支撑广东产业升级有着重要的战略意义。本研究通过文献分析和对中山大学(医科)10个广东省重点实验室的实例分析,理清制约实验室创新能力提升的因素,为相关部门推动广东省重点实验室的创新能力建设提供参考。

Guangdong province key laboratory is an important part of Guangdong science and technology innovation system, which is a vital platform of science and technology innovation and crucial window for displaying the strength of Guangdong science and technology innovation. As is of great importance strategic significance that supported the industrial upgrading and enhanced the core competitiveness of Guangdong province, it is necessary to study how to improve its scientific and technological innovation ability and enhance the core competitiveness of Guangdong. Through literature analysis and 10 case analyses in Guangdong province key laboratory of Sun Yat-sen University (medical), this study intended to sort out factors restricting the laboratory innovation ability promotion and provide the reference for the relevant departments to promote innovation ability construction of Guangdong key laboratory.
