摘要:

创新驿站的产生与发展,不仅促进了技术的高效转移,更有助于我国创新体系的实现与完善。从创新驿站的背景意义、构建模式、运行模式、安全风险、绩效评价、成果推广等方面梳理和评述了我国创新驿站研究已经取得的成果,提出不足之处和相应对策,以期对同行研究提供建议,对政府、企业的相关决策提供参考。

Abstract:

The appearance and development of Innovation Relay Center (IRC) promote not only the efficient transfer of technology but also the implementation and improvement of China"s innovation system. From the background and significance, mode of construction, mode of operation, security, performance evaluation and promotion of IRC, this paper combs and reviews the research of China"s Innovation Relay Centre that has achieved a lot of success, raising some shortcomings and countermeasures. The aim is to provide some suggestions for the peer research and references for the related decisions of governments and enterprises.
