项目网络研究的理论体系构建与未来展望

A theoretical framework and future study of project network

摘要:

由于对项目组织结构和关系研究的定量化、集成正式关系和非正式关系于一体、跨项目组织、社会网络和边界跨越等多学科的特点,从网络的视角研究项目组织和行为正成为组织理论的一门新学科。文中首次引入了项目网络这一新概念,并从定义、特征及分类等方面对项目网络的内涵进行了阐释。在对前人研究成果分析的基础上,提出了以理论基础、研究方法和研究内容为核心的理论研究框架。其中,研究内容分为两大主题：项目网络本体论和项目网络作用机理。最后,对项目网络的未来研究进行了展望,指出了以后项目网络研究的发展方向。

Abstract:

Now it is becoming more and more important to understand the project organization and project activities from the network perspective, just as the quantitative research methods on the relationship and integrating the formal relationship with informal relationship. This paper introduced the concept of project network to explain what the characteristic of project organization is and how to understand the project activities from the network perspective. The concept of project networks is grounded in a number of research literatures, including research on project teams, social networks and boundary spanning. Based on the previous research, the theoretical framework was established, mainly including the theoretical basis, research methods and research themes. The current research themes were classified into two parts: the project network ontology and the mechanism of action of project network. Finally, the paper put forward the future study of project networks.
