Research on Governance Mechanism for Opportunistic Behavior in the Technology Innovation Network

为了更有效地治理技术创新网络中机会主义行为，将第三方监督机构引入模型，构建“第三方监督机构—核心企业—非核心企业”三方博弈模型，运用演化博弈方法探讨在第三方监督机构和核心企业共同治理下机会主义的演化规律。研究发现第三方监督机构与核心企业在治理机会主义问题上存在互补关系，保持第三方监督机构监督概率处于一定值之上、提高惩罚额度有利于降低非核心企业采取机会主义的可能性。

Abstract:

In order to control opportunistic behavior more effectively in technological innovation network, the network administrative organization is introduced to the tripartite game model. The evolutionary game is used to explore evolution of opportunism behavior in the network under the governance of the supervision institution and the core enterprise. The result demonstrated that the network administrative organization and the core enterprise have a complementary relationship on controlling opportunistic behavior in network and the supervision institution should keep its supervision probability above a certain value, and improve the penalty amount, which is helpful to reduce the possibility of opportunism behavior in the network.
