典型的国家创新评价对我国创新型国家建设监测评估的启示

摘要:

本文从国家创新经济学发展理论出发,对国内外国家创新能力、国家竞争力、创新促进经济社会发展的典型评价进行了比较分析,研究了不同类型创新评价的理论依据、目的和范围等差异,探索国家创新评价的基本规律和方法。同时,借鉴国内外典型的国家创新评价经验,提出了开展我国创新型国家建设进程评价的建议。

Abstract:

In this paper,Sstarting fromSthe theory for national innovation economy,Sthe different and same points among the typicalSevaluations in the world are analyzed at first, which is the evaluations about the innovation ability of a country, competitiveness for different countries,Spromoting to economic and social developmentSof a country’s S T. SFurthermore, the theory evidences, purposes, ranges of the typical evaluation areSexplored, and the basicSrules and methods of nation level innovation evaluation are concluded. At the same time,Sthe experience of the typical nation level innovationSevaluation are enlightened for the evaluation for constructing process of China’s innovation nation, and some suggestions on theSevaluation for China’s SinnovationSnation areSSput forward.
