科技中小企业信贷统计评价指标体系研究

摘要:

为了便于政府和银行分析评价投放到科技中小企业信贷资金的运作效果,以及对科技中小企业信贷支持的规模、强度、效益进行综合评价,本文首先根据科技中小企业信贷特点,设置了安全性、流动性、效益性、扶持力度以及描述类等统计评价指标,然后运用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标的权重,加权平均得出各银行和地区科技信贷综合运作情况,从而为政府分析、决策、监管调控科技中小企业信贷资金运作提供分析工具,切实支持科技中小企业的发展。

Abstract:

In order to facilitate Government and banks to analysis the operating effect of the funds of the credit of the Sci-tech SMEs, and appraise the size, intensity, effectiveness of the credit support. Based on the features of the Sci-tech SMEs, this article sets up the safety, liquidity, profitability, support, and description of the statistical evaluation index. Then it uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index in the index system, and the weighted average will get the comprehensive operating situation of the credit of the banks. That information can provide tools and quantitative basis for the government to analysis, make decision, regulatory control the credit of the Sci-tech SMEs. Then the government can really support the development of the Sci-tech SMEs.
