中国制药和生物科技产业研发投入的国际比较：基于全球研发投入2000强企业的实证分析

International Comparison of R D Investment in Pharmaceuticals Biotechnology Industry: an Analysis Based on Top 2000 Investors

摘要:

企业研发投入行为能客观反映企业创新活跃程度,进而反映产业或国家的创新能力。本文基于欧盟产业研发投入报告所提供的数据,分析了制药和生物科技高研发投入企业特征,对比分析了中国与美国、日本、韩国、英国、法国、德国和印度7个国家制药和生物科技企业研发投入的差异。研究发现,中国制药和生物科技企业研发投入虽然增长迅速,但是制药和生物科技产业依然被美国、日本和欧盟所统治,中国高研发投入企业在制药和生物科技产业覆盖率非常低,在研发投入和研发强度上与美国、日本、韩国、英国、法国和德国等国家还存在巨大差距,同时,在研发投入、研发强度和盈利能力等方面,中国已经全面落后于印度。本研究对于了解我国制药和生物科技企业研发投入现状,推进创新型国家建设有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Enterprise R D investment can make known the enterprise innovation activity,and reflect a country"s or industry innovation ability. Based on the data from EU industrial R D investment scoreboard, this paper analyzed enterprise features with high R D investment in pharmaceuticals biotechnology industry, and compared the difference of pharmaceuticals biotechnology enterprise R D investment between China and USA, Japan, South Korea, Britain, France ,Germany and India. Study showed that R D investment of pharmaceuticals biotechnology company in China grew rapidly, but the industry was still dominated by USA, Japan and European, and the coverage rate in pharmaceuticals biotechnology industry of China top R D investors was low; there was a huge gap of R D and R D intensity between China and USA, Japan, South Korea, Britain, France and Germany, at the same time, R D, R D intensity and profitability of pharmaceuticals biotechnology industry in China was fully behind in India This research is meaningful to understand the current status of pharmaceuticals biotechnology enterprise R D investment in China.
