大数据时代的到来,数据的爆发式增长和信息技术的飞速发展,能否迅速做出正确的 决策取得竞争优势的关键。本文在前人研究的基础上从大数据特征和大数据价值两个视角对大数 据定义进行梳理,并从决策主体、决策权配置、决策思维模式、决策文化四个方面探索大数据 企业管理决策的影响。同时对影响两者关系的其他因素进行梳理,然后得出一个新的整合型理论 模型,以期为未来的研究和实践提供一定借鉴意义。

In the era of big data, Data grows explosively, and technology develops rapidly.It is the key to achieve competitive advantage if the enterprises can make decisions quickly. Based on the predecessors' researches, we divided big data definitions into two categories. They are big data characteristics and big data value. Big data will affect the decision-maker, decision-making right configuration, decision-making thinking patterns, decision-making culture .At the same time,we concluded other factors affecting the relationship between big data and management decision. Then we draw a new integrated model in order to provide certain reference for future research and practice.
