本研究首先针对非专利实施实体做出一个比较全面的定义。然后根据有无从事制造或行销；有无从事研发工作；法人实体还是个人；专利取得来源这四个标准，对非专利实施实体进行类型划分，并根据每种类型的非专利实施实体进行特征说明。最后根据所得出的有关于各种类型非专利实施实体的特征说明，提出相应的建议和对策。

First of all, this study will make a comprehensive definition of non-practicing entities (NPEs). Then classify the NPEs by four standards of which whether engaged in manufacturing or marketing, whether engaged in the research and development work, whether legal entities or individuals and sources of the patents, after that characters of each type of NPEs will be illuminated accordingly. Lastly, according to the characteristics of the various types of NPEs, this study will put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
