基于知识的质量管理系统的要素研究

摘要:

知识已经成为企业发展的第一要素。在质量管理中必须注重知识这一要素，将为质量实践提供新的思维和途径。本文运用结构方程模型，提出了基于知识的质量管理系统中关键要素之间的相互关系的概念模型和基本假设。通过有效问卷调查获得数据，将采集的数据导入AMOS软件，通过数据验证和模型修正，得到了关键要素之间的相互关系以及关键要素对过程、结果的作用关系，确定了领导的核心地位和知识链的重要作用，为企业进行质量管理模式的改革提供了新的思路和理论依据。

Abstract:

Knowledge has become the most important element of the enterprises’ development. we should focus on the element of knowledge and this will provide new ideas and approaches for the quality practice.By the structural equation modeling, this paper proposed a conceptual model and made some basic assumptions for the key elements of the knowledge-based quality management system. By putting the data came from valid questionnaires into the AMOS software and modifying the model, the relationship between key factors, the central position of leadership and the importance of the knowledge chain are decided. New ideas and theoretical basis are provided for enterprise to reform and build a quality management system.
