专利审查高速路的运行情况可以印证专利审查高速路的制度成效。专利审查周期的缩短和专利审查工作效率的提高等优势促进了合作模式的多元化和成员的全球化。通过数据分析可知,专利审查高速路参与率得到提升,有利于专利审查高速路的长远发展。面对日益激增的全球专利申请量,专利审查高速路表现了其强大的适应性和生命力。作为IP5 PPH的主要成员,我国应着眼于前瞻性的科技发展战略,积极参与专利审查国际协作制度的构建,适时加入Global PPH,为我国企业的专利布局、占领国际市场提供先机。

Abstract:

Operation of Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) can prove the result of PPH. Patent examination has accelerated and patent examination efficiency has improved, which all improve the pluralism of cooperation model and globalization of members. Promotions of PPH participation rates have driven the long-term development of PPH. With worldwide patent filings increasing, patent prosecution Highway shows its strong adaptability and vitality. As a member of IP5 PPH, China should focus on science and technology forward-looking development strategy, actively involved in the construction of international cooperation of patent prosecution and join Global PPH in the future in order to dominate the opportunities of international market for patent strategy of Chinese enterprises.
