Abstract:This paper, from the ability to create and obtain knowledge, technology innovation and application ability, collaborative configuration ability, innovation environment supporting ability, economic overflow capacity of five elements,selecting 31 typical evaluation indexes,uses coordinating measurement model with respect to composite system,measures each subsystem degree of order and overall coordination degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional collaborative innovation from 2008 to 2013.The research shows that regional collaborative innovation ability of Beijing is the strongest ;The second is Tianjin; The weakest is Hebei. Due of the large difference about each subsystem degree of order, overall coordination degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional collaborative innovation is the lower. Based on this, the paper puts forward some advices, such as making the overall planning of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional collaborative innovation, building the soft environment of regional collaborative innovation, setting up the cooperation platform of regional science and technology innovation, promoting the deep cooperation of various fields, constructing the innovation community of regional collaborative development.
