中山经过30多年的高速发展,要素驱动的优势逐渐丧失,只有不断地提高区域经济的创新能力,才能保持经济发展的活力。基于加快中山创新驱动发展的目的,运用相关创新理论,在对中山市域和所属镇区科技创新体系现状分析的基础上,以提升中山经济发展的核心竞争力为目标线索,通过剖析不同模式的区域创新体系,遵循创新体系动态变化的特征,得出现阶段中山构建开放式区域创新体系的对策建议。

After rapid development for 30 years in Zhongshan, the advantage of factors driving gradually lost. Only when regional economy innovation ability is improved, can the vitality of economic development maintain. Based on the purpose of speeding up the development of innovation driving, using the related theory of innovation, on the base of current situation analysis of science and technology innovation system, to enhance the core competitiveness of economic development as the goal of clues, put forward countermeasures for constructing the open regional innovation system through the analysis of the regional innovation system of different patterns, according to the dynamic change characteristics of innovation system.
