[Abstract]
The Moore’s Law, the number of transistors incorporated in a chip approximately doubles and the cost reduces by half every 18-month, has been proposed in the 1970s. According to the law, the chip industry has achieved rapid development. Due to the constraints of technical, economic, and cost, as well as the lack of social applications, the challenge for the Moore’s Law becomes more and more. So the chip manufacturers, such as Intel Inc, should, no longer blindly clinging to the Moore’s Law to upgrade the chip, develop chips social applications, extend the development cycle, explore into the mobile terminals to ensure sustainable development.
