协同管理研究综述与展望

A Review and Prospect on the Research of Collaborative Management.

摘要:

基于组织内、同质或异质组织之间、网络组织等不同层次的视角对协同管理的概念进行了总结,介绍了国内外协同管理思想的演变,重点对协同管理的相关研究从微观、中观和宏观层面做以梳理,同时对协同管理绩效评估的研究进行了综述,最后提出了6点今后研究的建议。

Abstract:

Based on the perspective of levels which includes organization, homogeneous or heterogeneous organization and network organization, this article summarizes the concept of collaborative management, and introduces the evolution of collaborative management thought at home and abroad. The paper focus on the relevant research on collaborative management and do a literature review from three levels which are microcosmic, middle and macroscopic, then sums up the performance evolution of collaborative management. Finally, the paper puts forward six future research suggestions.
