人才培养、科学研究以及先进理论创新是高校主要的职能，充分发挥高校在这几个职能中的效率直接关系着高校社会作用价值的体现。信息链理论是分析和构建组织协同机制的有效指导工具。本文通过引入组织论中的信息链理论进行研究分析，基于信息链理论的三种基本结构形式分析并构建了基于线性信息链结构、网状信息链结构、集成信息链结构的高校产学研协同发展模式，通过对三种基本产学研模式从理论上对其优缺点进行对比分析，同时结合天津某高校协同创新中心产学研运作模式的实证情况，得出基于实证的集成信息链式高校产学研协同发展机制是较优化的结论，为我国高等学校进行产学研模式科研教育一体化发展提供了一种参考。

The function of higher education is mainly for personnel training and scientific research. Industry-University-Research mode is a mechanism which can give full play to the functions in colleges and universities. Information chain theory is an effective tool of analyzing and constructing organizations’ collaborative mechanism. This paper explores and builds up collaborative development model of Industry-University-Research in universities from the perspective of information chain theory, which includes linear information chain structure, reticular information chain structure and integrative information chain structure. It comes to the conclusion that the integrative information chain structure of Industry-University-Research in universities is optimized through the theoretical analysis and a case study in Tianjin. It also provides reference for collaborative development of Industry-University-Research in universities.
