以科技型中小企业高管团队为研究对象,从其内部权力配置的两个视角——管理自主权、管理权分配出发,探讨它们对企业战略柔性两个维度的影响机制,以及高管团队战略选择态度柔性对该机制的中介作用。偏最小二乘回归的方差分析法(PLS-SEM)分析结果表明:高管团队管理自主权对资源柔性维度、高管团队管理权分配对资源柔性和能力柔性两个维度均具显著的正向影响;高管团队战略选择态度柔性在其管理自主权、管理权分配方面分别与资源柔性维度的关系起完全中介和部分中介作用。

Focusing on top management team in technology-based SMEs, from the two perspectives of managerial discretion and power distribution, this paper analyzed the influencing mechanism of internal power configuration of top management team on enterprise’s strategic flexibility, and the mediation of strategic choice attitude flexibility of top management team on that mechanism. The analyzing results in PLS-SEM showed that: managerial discretion has a significant positive impact on resource flexibility, power distribution has significant positive impacts on resource flexibility and capability flexibility, strategic choice attitude flexibility has a full mediation on the relationship between managerial discretion and resource flexibility, strategic choice attitude flexibility has a partial mediation on the relationship between power distribution and resource flexibility.
