文章对政策评估的内涵外延、逻辑框架、模式与方法等进行了综述。提出了对政策评估的定义,在此基础上尝试提出了政策评估的通用模型和经验矩阵。

In this essay, policy evaluation, and other logical frameworks, models and methods are reviewed. Also, definition of policy evaluation is Proposed. Based on this ,the article try to put forward a common model and a experienced evaluation matrix about policy evaluation.
