基于协同创新的欧盟创新驿站平台机制研究

The Platform Mechanism of European Innovation Relay Centre based on the Theory of Collaborative Innovation

摘要:

立足中小企业技术创新现状,明确创新平台对其创新能力提升的路径价值。围绕“创新平台作用机制是什么”及“如何实现协同创新”两大问题,以欧盟创新驿站为例,对其形成背景、发展概况、组织架构、业务流程及特点等描述分析。以知识在业务体系中流动及转变为视角,对知识创造准备、知识创造、知识应用所构成的知识创新机制进行分析,并对监督、协调、信任、合作为主要内容的平台治理机制进行研究,进而总结对中国相关实践的适用性及借鉴价值。

Abstract:

Based on the current situationSof technology innovation in small and medium sizedSenterprises, this paper points out the value of innovation platform which helps improving the innovation ability of small and medium sizedSenterprises. With the questions ‘what is the innovation platform mechanism’ and ‘how to achieve collaborative innovation’, this paper describes the forming background, development situation, organizational structure, business processes and characteristics about European Innovation Relay Centre which is regarded as the object of study. Then, from the perspective of transformation of knowledge flow in the business system, the paper analyzes the mechanism of knowledge innovation which includes knowledge creation preparation, knowledge creation, knowledge application, and the platform governance mechanism which contains the supervision, coordination, trust, cooperation etc. Finally, the paper summarizes the practicability and reference for China.
