摘要:

本文通过创新团队创新环境相关文献的研究的基础上,结合国内外团队创新环境研究理论成果,结合高等院校创新特点,建立高校科研团队创新环境与创新绩效协调关系研究模型,在对其综合水平评价的基础上进行协调性分析,结合调研数据系统地分析了各类型高校团队创新环境团队创新环境与团队创新人员工作绩效间的协调性水平,并针对分析的计算结果提出了高校团队创新环境的意见与建议。
