欧美生物废弃物处理方法的比较研究

Research on laboratory bio-waste treatment standards of United States and Europe

摘要:

生物废弃物的科学处理是保障生物安全的重要手段之一。本文以欧美生物废弃物管理为研究对象，从法律法规和标准两个方面，重点剖析了欧美生物废弃物处理的要求及特点，结果表明欧美在生物废弃物的管理上都有可操作性强的特点，但在管理形式上各具特色：欧盟较为注重流程化和整体规范性；而美国注重差异性，强调各特色研究机构建立适合自身要求的规范。在此基础上，结合欧美生物废物处理的特点，提出了我国生物废物处理相关的建议。

Abstract:

In order to ensure biosafety, biological waste must be treated scientifically. The research focus on the biological waste management and treatment of United States and Europe. Compare and analysis the characteristic and method of the biosafety laboratory waste disposal of the European and American biosafety laboratory from the aspects of laws(regulations) and standards. The results show that the two regions in biological waste there are strict requirements on the management. The EU is more streamlined and focused on the overall normative; at the same time, the United States emphasizes the various characteristics of research institutions to establish a regulation for their own requirements. Finally, combined with the characteristics of biological waste treatment in Europe and America, the available and actionable suggestions are offered.
