摘要:

论文运用因子分析、回归分析等方法对创业投资如何促进经济转型升级进行了实证分析。研究结果表明：创业投资对经济转型升级有明显的促进作用；创业投资主要是通过用于人均GDP、专利申请受理数、专利申请授权数、新产品销售收入、高技术产业比重、高技术产品出口比重、单位工业废气排放产出等的促进所达到的,为全国和广东省经济转型升级提供了有价值的参考意见。

Abstract:

This paper uses the factor analysis and regression to study how venture capital promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong Province.The empirical results show that venture capital has a significant role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of economy and it Mainly through Average GDP, the number of patent applications received, the number of patent applications authorized, new product sales, the proportion of high-tech industries, the proportion of high-tech exports, industrial emissions unit output to achieve.It provides valuable reference for the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong Province’s economy.
