基于层次分析法的辽宁省绿色物流SWOT分析

The SWOT Analysis of Green logistics in Liaoning Province Based on AHP

辽宁省作为我国最重要的老工业基地,其快速发展的背后必然离不开现代物流业的支撑,为了现代物流业的可持续发展,绿色物流的发展势在必行。本文利用SWOT-AHP相结合的方法,构建一个定量分析和定性分析相结合的模型。首先利用SWOT法分析辽宁省的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,在此基础上利用AHP法确定各因素的权重并排序,最后提出辽宁省未来的物流业战略导向。

Abstract:

As China"s most important old industrial base of Liaoning province, is behind the rapid development of modern logistics support, in order to the sustainable development of modern logistics industry, the development of green logistics is imperative. In this paper, using the SWOT method of combining AHP, builds a quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combining the model. First using the method of SWOT analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in Liaoning province on the basis of the AHP method is used to determine the weight of each factor and sorted, and finally puts forward the future of the logistics industry in Liaoning province strategic orientation.
