我国的高技术产业在经济增长中扮演了重要的角色,由于当前存在的问题,高技术产业也急需提升产业转型升级能力。本文通过主成分分析法对影响我国高技术产业转型升级能力因素进行分析,指出影响高技术产业转型升级能力的主要因子,对我国五个高技术产业的转型升级能力进行了分析评价,并对提升我国高技术产业的转型升级能力提出了政策建议。
