Abstract:With the goal of improving service outsourcing enterprises’ innovation capability and based on the investigation of 437 employees from more than 20 service outsourcing enterprises in the Shanghai Pudong Software Park, Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park, as well as Xi"an Software Park, this thesis explores the relationships among organizational learning, knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and innovation capability of service outsourcing enterprises from a knowledge management perspective, and analyzes the intermediary role of knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity with emphasis. The empirical results show that: improving service outsourcing enterprises’ learning ability, knowledge sharing level and absorptive capacity can contribute to enhance the innovation capacity of enterprises. Besides, absorptive capacity and knowledge sharing have mediating effect between organizational learning and innovation capability. And absorptive capacity moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation capability.
