我国现代服务业发展的政策软环境研究

摘要:

政策软环境为我国现代服务业的发展创建了生存及成长的环境,且对现代细分服务行业的发展实施了政策供给。基于产业政策理论,通过对政策颁布时间、颁布机构、政策功能、政策工具实施分布的分析,提出政策软环境优化发展的措施。

Abstract:

Policy soft environment created a growth environment for the survival and the development of modern service industry in China and then implied the policy on the development of the segments of modern service industry.Based on the theory of industrial policy, the paper analysed the policies’issuing time, institutions and policies ’function, the distribution of policies’tools, and then put forward the measures to develop the Policy soft environment.
