Abstract:Through the questionnaire survey and the structure equation model analysis, this paper explores the mechanism of heterogeneity on the influence of internal knowledge transfer within design-type knowledge work team. Its research route follows "Team Heterogeneity—Transactive Memory System—Knowledge Transfer Process". The study found that the heterogeneity is significant influential on transactive memory systems; Transactive memory system has positive impact for the knowledge transfer process; There is a significant relevant relations between word team heterogeneity and knowledge transfer process; High team work heterogeneity and the knowledge transfer process is inverted u-shaped curve relationship; Low team work related heterogeneity is negative correlation with the process of knowledge transfer; Transactive memory system plays a partial mediating role between the high heterogeneity and process of knowledge transfer. Finally, it puts forward the optimization strategy of knowledge transfer, including optimizing team structure, constructing knowledge map, maintaining team"s transactive memory system, creating atmosphere of team communication, and constructing effective means of knowledge transfer.
