通过在国家科技重大专项评估中应用技术成熟度方法,评价专项关键核心技术成熟度的基线状态、当前状态和预期状态,了解专项技术攻关进展情况和存在的差距,对专项调整和聚焦下一步技术攻关提供帮助。同时对重大专项后续在科研管理中引入技术成熟度评价方法提出建议。

Abstract:

Through the application of technology readiness assessment method in the evaluation of major state science and technology projects, evaluate the baseline state, current state, expected state of key core technology readiness in the projects, understand the progress of the key technical problems tackling and the gap between the aim and the current state, offer the help for focusing on and adjusting the key technical problems tackling in next step, meanwhile providing suggestion for implementing the evaluation method in research management in following steps.
