国家中医临床研究基地研究型门诊及研究型病房的内涵甄别与构建策略

The Concept and Construction Strategy for Research Clinic and Research Ward in National clinical research base of Traditional Chinese Medicine

建设研究型门诊、病房是国家中医临床研究基地推动高质量重点病种临床研究工作持续开展的的必然选择。在借鉴国内外研究型医院的构建理念,厘清与普通门诊、病房、I期临床病房的区别的基础上,对研究型门诊、病房的内涵、特征进行分析,并提出研究型门诊、病房的构建策略包括目标导向、资源聚合、科学测算、反馈提升。

Abstract:

The construction of research and is a key step to promote the sustaining high quality clinical research of key diseases. Based on the construction idea from research hospital at home and abroad, and distinction against normal clinic,ward and Phase I clinical ward, the analysis of the concept and characteristic of research clinic and ward were carried on, and the construction strategy including Objective orientation, resource aggregation, scientific measurement and feedback were present.
