The Theoretical and Empirical Analysis on the Enterprise’ Innovating Mechanism—A Case of GE

摘要:

创新是历史进步的动力、时代发展的关键。创新型国家建设是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要途径，创新驱动战略是从经济结构供给侧发力推进国民经济发展的主要力量,是建设创新型国家、实现两个百年目标的根本途径，国家创新体系建设是实施创新驱动战略的重要制度保障，创新型企业是落实创新驱动战略的主体力量。以通用电气创新发展历程为历史实证研究对象，分析其在长期可持续发展中演进和形成的创新机制，分析创新机制的构成要素，理解创新机制的运行原理及实际运行状况，分析企业创新发展与行业、整体经济社会发展之间的关系，对我国创新型企业建设、落实创新驱动战略、构筑有利于企业创新发展的制度环境等具有重要的理论指导和实践意义。

Abstract:

Innovation is the dynamic power of historical progress and the determining factor of the era development. The construction of the innovation-oriented country is the fundamental way to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The innovation-driven strategy is the critical force promoting national economy from the supply-side, and the essential way to construct the innovation-oriented nation and realize the “two goals of one hundred years”. The state innovation system is the important institutional guarantee of implementing the innovation-driven strategy and the main force of the innovative enterprises. The paper uses the innovating development progress of GE as the object of study, and carries out the the analyses on the evolution of its innovating-mechanism during its long-term sustainable development., the key factors of this mechanism and its operating principle and condition, and the relation among the development of innovative enterprise, industries and the whole economy and society. The study will provide great practical experiences and theoretical guidance to China for constructing innovative enterprises, implementing innovation-driven strategy and building favorable institutional environment for enterprises’ innovating development.
