以社会网络和知识创新理论为基础,对企业技术创新网络进行解耦研究,构建知识网络与合作网络互相嵌入的创新网络模型,以我国高科技公司HW为实证对象,将网络特性(结构洞和中心集中度)分析和负二项回归相结合,分析合作网络与知识网络特征与创新绩效的关系:知识网络的结构洞越多,越不利于研发人员从外部获得新知识;同时合作网络的结构洞越多,越有利于组织进行探索性创新。知识网络的中心集中度与组织的探索性创新之间成倒U字关系;同时合作网络的中心集中度与组织的探索性创新成负相关。创新网络的解耦研究为创新研究打开了一个新的视角,有助于揭示创新的本质所在。

Based on the theory of social network and knowledge innovation, decoupling was studied for the enterprise technology innovation network, construction of knowledge network and cooperation innovation network model of network embedded in each other, to our country high-tech company HW as the empirical object, and the network characteristics (center for structural holes and concentration) analysis in combination with negative binomial regression analysis of cooperation network and knowledge network characteristics and innovation performance: the relationship between the structure of knowledge network the more holes, more conducive to research and development personnel to gain new knowledge from outside;Collaborative networks at the same time the structure of the hole, the more the more organized exploratory innovation.Knowledge network center concentration and the inverted U relationship between exploratory innovation of organization;Collaborative networks at the same time the center of the concentration of negative correlation with exploratory innovation of organization.Innovation network of decoupling research opens up a new perspective for the innovation research, helps to reveal the essence of innovation.
