核电“走出去”中知识产权战略战术研究

Research on Intellectual Property Strategy and Tactics during the Export Process of Chinese Nuclear Power Technology

摘要:

通过阐述中国核电的宏观环境、发展历程及技术定位,并结合中国核电的内、外部环境分析,在宏观上给予中国核电企业合理的知识产权战略定位,进而列举多种微观知识产权战术形式,以期为中国核电“走出去”过程中的知识产权评议工作提供理论和实践基础。

Abstract:

Through the interpretion of the macro-environment, course of development and tecnology orientation of nuclear power in China, combined with analyse of the intrinsic and external conditions, this article put forword a reasonable strategic orientation for Chinese nuclear power enterprises, then cites numerous intellectual property tactics with the purpose of porviding theoretics and practic basis for the intellectual property evaluation during the export process of Chinese nuclear power technology.
