为系统地研究战略性新兴产业，本文从与其他产业的区别、发展规律、选择标准、以及对国外经验的借鉴等方面对近年来国内外战略性新兴产业的相关研究进行梳理和总结。最后本文在指出现有研究不足的同时，提出了战略性新兴产业的一个未来研究框架。

To systematically study the strategic emerging industry, the paper sorts out and summarizes the related research both at home and abroad of the strategic emerging industry in recent years from several aspects，including the differences between strategic emerging industry and other industries, the laws of development and selection criteria of strategic emerging industry，and the references of foreign experiences etc. Finally, this article points out the lack of existing researches, then puts forward a prospect and a new framework for future research of the strategic emerging industry.
