大科学装置是科学技术发展的重要平台,其建设主要在政策和资金两方面受到国家目标的影响。作为我国大科学装置典型代表的上海同步辐射光源(SSRF),其概念提出、预制研究、立项、建造和后期优化等环节都紧密结合国家目标,在推进科学研究、发展高新技术方面做出了突出贡献。

As an important platform for scientific and technological development, the large-scale scientific facility is mainly influenced by national goal in both policy and funding. As a typical case, Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF) has contributed much to the scientific and technological progress, guided by the national goal in the various stages including project forming, pre-research, construction and optimization.
