非技术创新国内外研究进展述评

Non-technological innovation: A Literature Review in China and Abroad

摘要:

创新是一个复杂的现象,不仅包括技术层面,还包括非技术层面。已有的创新管理文献大都强调技术创新的重要性,而对非技术创新的关注还远远不够。近年来,越来越多的学者开始关注创新的非技术层面,非技术创新成了国外创新研究的新领域和热点。本文梳理了国内外非技术创新研究的最新成果：包括概念界定、主要分类、影响因素等多个方面,并针对现有研究存在的不足提出了未来研究的可能方向。

Abstract:

Innovation is a complex phenomenon, including not only the technical level, also includes the non-technical aspects. Most of the existing innovation management literature emphasizes the importance of technological innovation, and research literature focusing on non-technological innovation is not enough. In recent years, more and more scholars began to focus on non-technical innovation, which has become a new research area and hot spots of the innovation research. This paper sorts out the latest research achievements of domestic and international research on non-technological innovation,including the concept definition, classification and major impact factors of non-technical innovation, at last this study provided reference for future research based on the shortcomings of the existing research.
