摘要:

专利是技术创新的源泉。有效地从专利中提取有价值的情报，并据此判断技术的发展趋势、行业或产业的技术构成与核心技术的变化，进行技术环境、主要对手、研发策略的分析是竞争情报研究的重要课题。本文构建了基于中国专利的区域技术构成和研发能力比较评价方法，并以钼业技术为例，实证分析了我国不同地区的技术构成及地区间差异，表征了主要研究机构的研发能力、发展趋势和核心技术构成，为其制定战略决策提供参考依据。
