[摘要]
通过构建市域科技人才生态环境评价指标体系,使用熵值赋权法和非整秩次WRSR,以山东省十七地市为例进行评价和分档,结果显示,青岛、济南和烟台三地市处于绝对优势区;日照和莱芜两地市处于绝对劣势区,而其它十二地市则处于中档区。对比一级指标进一步诊断分析了各档地市科技人才生态环境存在的问题,提出了相应的优化思路和对策。

By building the indicator system for city eco-environment of science and technology talent, this paper evaluates and sorts the seventeen cities in Shandong Province by using entropy method and non-integer-rank WRSR. Results showed that Qingdao, Ji’nan andSYantaiSbelong to the dominant area,SRizhao and LaiwuSbelong to the weakSarea, and the otherScities belong to the mid-rangeSarea. According to the contrast of first-grade indicators among seventeen cities, this paper puts forward corresponding optimization ideasSand countermeasures.
