中医药院校省级以上科技平台建设运行情况的问题与思考——以南京中医药大学为例

Construction and Operation Condition of Technology Platform above Provincial Level in Chinese Medicine Colleges- A Case Study of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine

摘要:

本文以南京中医药大学为例,对照中医药领域科技平台基本分布情况,对我校省级以上科技创新平台(机构、基地)建设运行现状进行了分析和探讨。针对我校省级以上科技平台在资源配置与整合、研究内容与方向、领军人才与团队培养、运行管理与绩效考核、对外交流与合作、开放共享与服务方面存在的突出问题进行了思考,为制定合理的中医药科技平台运行管理政策提供决策依据和支持。

Abstract:

This paper attempt to analyze the construction and operation condition of technology innovation platform above provincial level belong to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as the example, refer to the technology platform basic distribution case in the field of Chinese medicine. The paper expound the prominent problems existing in resources configuration and integration, research content and direction, leading talent and team training, operation management and performance appraisal, international exchange and operation, open sharing and service. It provides the scientific policy decision for formulating rational management policy of Chinese medicine technology platform.
