基于主成分和聚类分析的区域海洋产业竞争力评价

The Evaluation of the Regional Marine Industries’ Competitiveness Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

摘要:

区域海洋产业竞争力强弱反映着区域海洋经济的实力，科学评价区域海洋产业竞争力也是制定区域海洋产业发展战略的基础。构建区域海洋产业评价指标体系,运用主成分分析与聚类分析方法对2012年沿海11个省份的海洋产业竞争力进行综合评价。根据评价结果和区域海洋经济发展的特点以及沿海各省份的优势和差异，对提升区域海洋产业竞争力给出了政策建议。

Abstract:

In order to study the regional marine industries’ competitiveness in China and give an impersonal evaluation of the 11 province nearby the ocean in 2012, this paper constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system of regional marine industry, and then evaluates the competitiveness of the regional marine industry in China with principal component analysis and cluster analysis. According to the results of evaluation, as well as the features of Chinese regional marine economic development, the competitive advantages of each province nearby the ocean, and differences between them, this paper put forward some policy proposals for improving the competitiveness of regional marine industry.
