研发竞争中的掠夺性定价策略研究

Research on Predatory Pricing Strategy in Research and Development Competition

摘要:

本文分析了不存在资金约束的情况下,企业的研发竞争模型,在此基础上引入融资约束,分析了研发竞争的均衡状态。研究结论表明：在位企业没有初始成本的优势,也没有信息不对称的情况下,利用自身融资能力的优势,通过价格战来削弱对手长久的研发能力,从而在没有迫使对手退出的情况下,获取更高利润,从而影响对手企业的研发投入能力,为自己取得竞争优势地位。

Abstract:

This paper analyzed the enterprise"s research and development competition model under a condition of no capital constraint. While by introducing financing constraints on this basis, this paper also analyzed the equilibrium state of research and development competition. The research conclusion indicated that, price competition can affect rival enterprise"s research and development ability furthermore by affecting rival enterprise"s signals in the capital market,to gain a competitive advantage.
