中小微企业科技服务资源整合,是实现科技服务资源规模化和质量化发展的必然之路,有利于降低中小微企业寻求科技服务的门槛和成本,推动中小微企业的科技创新。科技企业孵化器、生产力促进中心和科技服务超市是我国当前科技服务资源整合的三种主要模式,通过比较分析他们的内涵、实践、优势和不足,可以进一步在模式创新中,明确科技服务资源整合的价值、平台、方式和发展等问题,实现科技服务资源整合的快速和健康发展。

Abstract:

Medium Small and micro-sized enterprises technology services resource integration is the road to realize the large-scale technology service and the quality of development. It is beneficial for the medium and micro-sized enterprises to lower its cost and threshold of seeking technology services as well as promote technology innovations. Nowadays, Technology business incubator, National productivity promotion centre and Science and technology service market are three mainly patterns of our country’s technology services resource integration. By analyzing its connotations, practices, advantages and disadvantages, we can on the next step’s model innovations define the values, terraces, modes and developments’ problems of technology services resource integration in order to realize the rapid and healthy development of technology services resource integration.
