首先,本文对广东自主创新型企业的知识产权风险进行分类与识别。其次,建立动态定量模型,运用蒙特卡洛仿真工具对调查数据进行实证分析,发现广东自主创新型企业的知识产权风险主要集中在知识产权创造和运用的环节,这两个流程环节中风险因素的可解释变动百分比分别为35.75%和21.75%,相对而言知识产权管理和保护环节的风险较小,这两个流程环节中风险因素的可解释变动百分比分别为11.49%和6.43%。最后,对广东自主创新型企业的知识产权风险给出具体可操作的风险管理对策。

First of all, intellectual property risks are classified and recognized on the independent innovation enterprise in Guangdong in this article. Secondly, dynamic quantitative model is established, using the Monte Carlo simulation tool to survey data for empirical analysis, which found that intellectual property risks of Guangdong independent innovation enterprise are mainly concentrated in the links of the creation and utilization. Changes in risk factors in the two process link can be explained in the percentage of 35.75% and 21.75% respectively and the relative links have a lower risk of management and protection of intellectual property rights. Changes in risk factors in the two processes link can be explained in the percentage of 11.49% and 6.43% respectively. Finally, the risk management countermeasures of intellectual property risk are given.
