产学研合作网络对于企业在网络内部获取新信息、新技术具有重要的知识溢出效应。以2000-2013年广东省产学研合作专利申请数据为基础,利用社会网络分析方法呈现产学研合作网络动态变化情况,并构建知识溢出函数模型,分析产学研合作网络对知识溢出的影响机制。结果表明,产学研合作网络及其结构特征对知识溢出存在显著影响,其中网络规模、结点接近中心度、外源结点数的增加,能显著提高合作网络的知识溢出水平;网络密度的提高,则会降低合作网络的知识溢出水平。本文最后提出提升产学研合作网络知识溢出效应的若干政策建议。

It is important for the companies to achieve new information and technologies in the cooperation network of industry university and research institute (IUR) because of the knowledge spillover effects. This paper used the social network analysis methods to show the cooperative network dynamic diagram based on the joint patent application data of Guangdong Province during 2000 and 2013. The paper also built knowledge spillover function model and analyzed the influence of IUR cooperation network on knowledge spillover. The results show that there are very significant influences of the IUR cooperation network and its structure characteristics on knowledge spillover. Except network density, the increasing of network scale, the closeness centrality of vertices and outside vertices can observably improve the knowledge spillover. Finally the paper put forward some policy suggestion to promote knowledge spillover effects in the IUR cooperation network.
