大学生去农村创业机会识别研究

The Analysis of Identification of Opportunities on College Students Founding Micro-enterprises in Rural and Small town

摘要:

农村是创业者的天堂,然而,大学生对去农村创业大都反响冷淡,其中一个重要原因是他们不了解城镇化大推进过程中留给农村的巨大商机。适时帮助当代大学生(主要指毕业大学生也包括在校大学生)识别出蕴含于农村的各种创业机会,对于激发大学生前往农村创业、增强创业成功信心、培育新型农村企业家具有相当深远的意义。同时,为加强对农村创业机会开发,建议大学生应从创业信息整合、减少不确定性、创业资源整合、创业能力提升等方面予以努力,以促成丰富的创业机会在农村落地。

Abstract:

The rural is a paradise for entrepreneurs, however, most college students wouldn’t go to start an undertaking in rural and small town, one important reason is that college students don"t understand the huge business opportunities coming from Chinese urbanization. It is helpful for contemporary college students to timely identify a variety of sources of entrepreneurial opportunities in villages and small towns. Finally, in order to develop entrepreneurial opportunities, the paper advises that college students should try to reduce uncertainty of entrepreneurial opportunities, integrate entrepreneurial resources, improve entrepreneurs’ capacity.
