连片特困地区农业科技服务减贫成效影响因素分析——基于四川省4县农户的调研

Analysis on influence factors of agricultural science and technology service in poverty reduction in continuous destitute areas : Based on the survey of peasant household in four county of sichuan province

摘要:

农业科技服务水平在一定程度上决定着贫困地区能否摆脱贫困的命运。基于四川连片特困地区320户农户的问卷调查,本文运用有序多分类Logistic模型,对连片特困地区农业科技服务减贫成效影响因素进行了分析。结果表明：农民文化素质、农民对农业科技服务的采用态度、农业科技服务方式等对科技减贫成效影响较大。性别、年龄等因素影响不显著,但女性在科技减贫上效果好于男性,科技减贫成效有随年龄增加而递减的趋势。为更好地提高连片特困地区科技服务减贫成效,本文提出开展地区教育扶贫,增强农民自身素质；重构“政府—市场—社会—社区—农户”五位一体的农业科技服务体系等对策建议。

Abstract:

To a certain extent,whether the poor area is poor is determined by the Agricultural science and technology service level .Based on the 320 peasant households of questionnaire survey in continuous destitute areas in Sichuan, this paper uses an orderly multinomialSlogisticSregression model and analyzes the influence factors of agricultural science and technology service of poverty reduction in continuous destitute areas.The results show that the farmers" cultural quality, the attitude of farmers" adoption of agricultural science and technology service and the way of agricultural science and technology service are Significant impact on poverty reduction.Gender, age and other factors influence was not significant, but effect of women in science and technology on poverty reduction is better than men’s, science and technology poverty reduction has a tendency to decrease with age.To better improve performance of continuous destitute areas in science and technology service for poverty reduction, this paper puts forward to carry out education in poverty alleviation, enhance farmers" own quality; construct one of the five agricultural science and technology service system which are formed by government,market, social, community, "refactoring farmers".
