基于解释结构模型的农民科技创业影响因素分析

Analysis of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship of farmers based on Interpretation Structure Model

摘要:

农民科技创业问题是社会热点问题,它可以加速农村剩余劳动力转移,推动非农产业的发展,对于解决“三农”问题具有重要意义。本文基于前期研究,从农民、政府、服务机构三个方面分析我国农民科技创业的影响因素,引入解释结构模型进行建模分析,更加层次化、条理化地划分子系统、影响因素间复杂关系,进而有针对性地提出解决对策建议。

Abstract:

Science and Technology Entrepreneurship of farmers is a hot social issue, it can accelerate the transfer of rural surplus labor force, promote the development of non-agricultural industries, and has important significance to solve the "three rural issues". The paper is based on the previous research, from three aspects: farmers, government and service agencies analyzing many factors that affect science and technology entrepreneurship of farmers, and introducing Interpretation Structural Model to explain these factors, to make the complex relationship between factors more hierarchical, principled, and then puts forward countermeasures.
