将科技人才创新实践能力培养作为一个完整的系统,甄别提取科技人才创新动机、创新素质、教育者素质、教学内容、教学方法、创新实践能力培养物质环境、创新实践能力培养文化环境等7个影响科技人才创新实践能力培养质量的关键因素,在规范的实证研究中,运用结构方程模型检验其关键影响因素之间的路径关系,并验证各项假设,从而针对性的提出提高科技人才创新实践能力的对策建议。

Taking the technology talents’ innovative practical ability as a complete system, seven key influencing factors involving the cultivation of technology talents’ innovative practical capability, namely technology talents’ creative motivation, technology talents’ innovative quality, educations’ quality, teaching content, teaching methods, physical cultivating environment of innovative ability and culture environment of innovative practical ability are identified and distinguishingly extracted. Through empirical method, structural equation models are used to verify the path relationship between the influencing factors and corresponding hypotheses are tested. Based on the researching results some countermeasures and suggestions about improving the technology talents’ innovative practical ability are present.
