广东省应急管理科技支撑的现状与对策研究

The Situation and the Countermeasure Research on the Technology support for Emergency Management of Guangdong Province

摘要:

突发事件应急管理的科技支撑是实现公共安全的基础保障，本文研究了广东省科学技术厅对应急管理科技支撑与保障体系的建设工作,并对广东省突发事件应急管理科技支撑的现状及存在问题进行了详细的分析。针对广东省存在的一些问题，提出了应重视应急技术的研发、探索建立多元化投入体系、整合省内高等院校和科研机构的省部级重点实验室资源和探索广东省突发事件应急技术研究中心的各项管理机制等对策建议。

Abstract:

Technology support of emergency management is the basis for achieving public safety protection. This paper studies the technology support and security system construction work of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department, and analyzes the situation and existing problems of the technology support for emergency management of Guangdong Province. Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the government should pay more attention to the development of emergency technology, explore the establishment of a diversified investment system, integration of the key laboratory resources of the universities and the research institutions of Guangdong Province, explore the management mechanism of Emergency Technical Research Center of Guangdong Province, and etc.
